Classic Austrian Kitchen

(Un) conventional food. Robert Judmayers years of apprenticeship and traveling took him to northern Italy, Hong Kong and Guam.

In the domestic kitchen is the Styrian earthiness with the raffinnesse of classic Austrian kitchen combined.

Under the motto “honest really good” Robert Judmayer buys his ingredients only at suppliers he trusts. So come to the beef from ALMO, fish from trout farm Igler and the honey from beekeeper Stabler.
